Blueberry Banana Smoothie



This Blueberry Banana Smoothie is a tasty and healthy way to start the day or satisfy your sweet tooth. This food is full of healthy fats, vitamins, and proteins, so it's a great choice for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

Cut the ripe banana into slices

In a blender, put the blueberries, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey if using after cutting the banana into pieces

Also, put the ice cubes in the blender

Mix everything together until it's smooth and creamy

Put the smoothie in a glass and serve right away
