Blushing Whiskey Lavender Cocktail



A delightful blend of whiskey, lavender syrup, and fresh lemon juice, topped with a refreshing fizz of club soda.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • 1/2 oz lavender syrup
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • Club soda
  • Lavender sprig, for garnish
  • Lemon twist, for garnish

Instructions:

In a shaker, combine whiskey, lavender syrup, and fresh lemon juice

Fill the shaker with ice and shake well

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice

Top with club soda and gently stir

Garnish with a lavender sprig and a lemon twist

Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup enchilada sauce keto-friendly
  • 1/4 cup diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix until all ingredients are well combined

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly

Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired

Buttermilk Dressing Salad

Slow Cooker Chile Verde



A hearty and tasty Chile Verde made in a slow cooker with juicy pork and peppers that are full of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder, diced
  • 2 poblano peppers, chopped
  • 2 Anaheim peppers, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can 14
  • 5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put chopped peppers, onion, garlic, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper in a slow cooker

Then add the pork cuts

Make sure to stir everything together well

On low heat, cover and cook for 6 to 8 hours, or until pork is soft
