Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked white beans
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat
