Ingredients:
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Line a 9x9 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and unsalted butter
Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until fully melted and smooth
Stir in the vanilla extract
Gradually add the powdered sugar to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until well combined and the mixture is thick and smooth
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set
Once set, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan
Cut the fudge into squares or desired shapes
